Using BayUnity

Who writes the reviews on BayUnity?

The reviews on bayUnity are written by people just like you. We don't pay people to write reviews. We don't employ experts to give advice. These are reviews from real users who want to share their experiences so that you can benefit from their testimonies.

How do you determine the product ranking?

The BayUnity ranking system uses statistical analysis to determine which products are the best, and worst, in each category. It takes into two accounts: Sellers rating and products rating. Below are the benefits

How can I report an inappropriate review?

If you see a review that you think is inappropriate, please flag it for our attention by selecting one of the 5 options in the "Mark as" tab at the top of every product page. We will look into it as soon as possible and take down the review if it violates our policies.

How can I report a bug or problem with the website?

If you find a bug or problem with our website, of even if you have a great idea to make it better, please refer to the Feedback tab on the home page. The more information you include the better we can respond.

Writing Reviews

How do I submit a review on BayUnity?

First, login to your account and look for the product on BayUnity. Once you find the product, go to the "Product Details" page. You can submit a review by going to the "Write a Review" link at the bottom of the product page. You will need to have a bayUnity account in order to submit a review.

If you don't have one already, you can create an account by clicking "Join Now for FREE" or connect using FaceBook at the top right hand corner of the home page. Be sure to validate your registration by following the instructions we send to your email.

Why doesn't my review or product appear on BayUnity immediately?

After you submit a review or product, your browser will need to be refresh to appear.

What is consider inappropriate reviews?

At bayUnity we read every review to ensure that they comply with our guidelines. Reviews should not contain any profane, inflammatory, or copyrighted material.

Can I edit or update my review after I submit it?

Once you submit your review on bayUnity you cannot edit or update your review, you may only delete it. Be sure to read over your review carefully before clicking the "Submit" button.

How can I write a review for a product that isn't on BayUnity?

You will find a tab on the home page that say's "Missing Something?". This is where you can contact us if there's a missing product that you would like to see on bayUnity.

Accounts & Profiles

How can I change my password?

Your password can be changed on your profile page. Just login then click on the "My Account" on the top right corner of the home page. This will take you to your profile page. Once there, select the “My Profile“ tab and you will see the option to “Modify Password” directly beneath your E-mail.

I'm having problems with my profile, how can I get help?

If you're having problems with your profile, please contact us and we'll look into it right away. The more information you can provide, the better we can respond.

Customer Service

Where can I go for more information on a product?

bayUnity is a listing and product review site only. If you have specific questions on a product, how it works, where to get replacement parts, etc., the best thing to do is contact the seller or manufacturer directly.

Why is the price different?

All products on bayUnity are listed at seller’s discretion. We do encourage each seller to offer special deals and promotions.

When will a product come back in stock?

bayUnity is a review and product listing site only. We don't have information on when a product will be back in stock or other places you may find it. Please contact the seller directly.

What are your shipping policies?

The products on bayUnity are offered through our sellers. Please contact them directly about shipping questions.


How do I create an account?

You can create an account by clicking the “Join Now for FREE” button or connect using FaceBook at the top right hand corner of the page. To sign in, be sure to validate your registration by clicking the link we sent you in your email. Be sure to check your spam folder if you do not see this confirmation e-mail in your inbox.

Product Listing

Are there any fees to list my product on BayUnity?

No. Every listing is completely FREE! We do not charge and we even encourage our sellers to offer special deals and promotions to our members..

Who can list product on BayUnity?

Anyone who has a BayUnity account can list their product. If you don't have an account already, you can create one by going to the home page and click on “Join Now for FREE” or connect using FaceBook at the top right hand corner. Be sure to validate your registration by clicking the link that we sent via your email.

What product can be listed with BayUnity?

All we ask is that you promote products that have AT LEAST ONE of the following criteria: Eco-friendly, natural, green, or organic. Individuals or companies that submit products that do not match one of the previous mentioned criteria will be removed.

How do I list my products on BayUnity?

Go to “My Account” page, click “Manage your items” tab and then click “+list a new item”.
